This date refers to when the product will ship from our facilities. Note, it does not refer to when the product will be delivered. When ordering more than one item, if the shipping dates are more than 1 week apart, your order may be split if shipping to Romania. International orders are not split.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs may apply, and it could be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you. You can also log into you account at any time to review your order status.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
The shipping and processing times depend on the item you’re eyeing. The status of each product (backordered, made to order or in stock) is indicated on each individual product page, as well as the estimated shipping date.
US and Canadian orders above €500 - shipping is on us.
US below €500 - €50 shipping fee.
Canada below €500 - €50 shipping fee.
European orders above €400 - shipping is on us.
European below €400 - €30 shipping fee.
Romanian orders - shipping is on us over 300 Ron.
All shipments require a signature upon delivery so we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. We don’t recommend waiving the signature requirement as this increases the risk of loss, theft or damage. Should you choose to waive the requirement for signature upon delivery, we will not be able to reimburse or replace lost or stolen shipments.
United States and Canada: : duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout for UK customers and there are no additional charges upon delivery.
Other international shipments: there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Comercianti De Diamante does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
Should you choose to refuse the delivery of your order to avoid duties and taxes or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee charged to Comercianti De Diamante. Keep in mind that this amount is dependent on your country. If you want to make any adjustments to your address, please be sure to reach out to us at email@example.com before your order is dispatched.
Updating My Order
If you did not order already, you can add a new adress form you account menu.
If your order has not yet shipped, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the new address and order number and we can adjust it for you.
If the order has already been processed and shipped, we’re not able to adjust the address for you. You can still send us an email and provide you with the tracking number and carrier provider.
It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.
We can edit your order as long as it has not yet been processed or packaged. Keep in mind that orders may be processed earlier than expected on our website so we recommend that you let us know about any changes as soon as possible. We’re not able to add items to an existing order. If you’d like to add more items, place a new order and provide us with both order numbers; our team will merge them before shipping and reimburse any shipping fees, if eligible.
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
To cancel an order, email us at email@example.com and our team will cancel and refund the original method of payment for you. Keep in mind that we’re not able to cancel orders that include custom jewelry or engraving items since they are already processed.
We offer free returns within 30 days. Please make sure that all original tags are attached, original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear on any of the jewelry. Keep in mind that custom made and engraved pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
We are trying to expand our services for you to make the return procedure as simple as possible. For now, returns coming from outside Romania ar not free.
Europnean, US and Canadian orders - After we approved your return request, go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package.
We’re unable to refund original shipping fees on any orders. Orders outside of the Europe and Romania may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.
Special ordered jewelry or pieces that include an engraving are custom made to order so they are final sale. We’re not able to accommodate a change in size or engraving on any of these custom orders.
We actually don’t offer exchanges, only return for refund. You can then place a new order for the piece or size you’d prefer!
Bellow the website unde the Assistance menu, you will se our "Returns Center" option. You’ll be walked through the steps to select the item and generate the labels.
Once your order arrives back to us, it can take up to 1 week for it to be processed. We’ll be in touch via email with an update on your refund, or replacement.
Items purchased during a preorder period are not eligible for refund or exchange. We also cannot cancel orders that are placed during a preorder period at any time prior to shipping. Why? We operate on limited inventory and preorder periods are a “last chance” for those items. Once they sell out, they won’t be returning to our website so we’re not able to accept returns.

Your jewelry is under warranty for any manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover scratches, damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modifications or normal wear and tear.
